How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, select Cash on Delivery, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you need to cancel before shipment, please email us at support@hapiium.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. You can order a single item or a bundle — it's entirely up to you.

Do you offer bundles or combo deals?

Yes! You can shop our curated bundles or create your own custom bundle by mixing any 3 or more products across the store — the 20% bundle discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Which emirates do you deliver to?

We deliver across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days across the UAE.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay when your order arrives at your door — no card or online payment required.

Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere in the UAE?

Yes, COD is available across all emirates we deliver to. Simply confirm your order at checkout and pay when it arrives.

Will I receive a payment receipt?

Yes. A confirmation email with your order summary will be sent to you after your purchase is confirmed.

↩️ Returns & Refunds
What is your replacement policy?

We offer free replacement for products that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. To be eligible, report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, provide clear photos or video of the problem, and email us at support@hapiium.com. Once approved, your replacement will be shipped within 14 working days. Please keep the original product, box, and all accessories ready for pickup.

Do you offer cash refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds. All approved claims are resolved through product replacement only.

Can I return a product if I changed my mind?

We do not accept returns or replacements for change of mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

What items are not eligible for replacement?

The following are not eligible for replacement: products reported after 7 days of delivery, products damaged due to misuse, items missing original packaging or accessories, and change of mind purchases.

How do I raise a replacement request?

Email us at support@hapiium.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the damaged or faulty product. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
