Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement for products that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. To be eligible for a replacement:

- Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order

- Provide clear photos or video of the damaged or faulty product

- Contact us at support@hapiium.com

Once approved, your replacement will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days. Please keep the original product, box, and all accessories ready for pickup.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. All approved claims will be resolved through product replacement only.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or replacements for change of mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Not Eligible for Replacement

- Products reported after 7 days of delivery

- Products damaged due to misuse

- Missing original packaging or accessories
